Vampirique : 2025 Personal Project

Project Vampirique is my 2025 personal project. Directed, organised and self funded due to a creative fascination I have with those older Vampire aesthetics - Bramstockers Dracula, The Lost Boys, etc.

The word "Vampirique" is from the French, and is the the translation of the word "vampiric" meaning "Having the traits of a vampire".

The aim : to capture the timeless and sinister allure of vampires through black-and-white photography exploring themes of darkness and beauty in a modern light.

Using a number of professional models, veils, chiffon fabrics, creative makeup, styling from Jay Briggs Millinery and Heather Guilmartin Shaw as well as a number of branded outfits, not to mention my signature lighting style, the intention was to create a memorable and striking collection of hauntingly sinister, but beautiful, photographic work.
